My favorite hotel in Phuket. It’s a very nice, cozy, and well-managed hotel in convenient part of Patong just few walk steps away from plenty of restaurants, shops, and fun nightlife. The rooms are spacious, clean, and with good view. But, what's really best about this hotel is the staff and quality of service. Everyone of the staff members that I interacted with are caring, professional and friendly. Especially the front desk staff are great. In particular Ms Ratty at the front desk went above and beyond to exceed my expectations. I strongly recommend this hotel.

The hotel is in the central location of the Patong area, which is very convenient for seeking food, shopping, and clubbing, The pool is beautiful, though a little smaller than I'd expected, and is great for a relaxing dip in the water. The staff are well-trained and responded quickly and professionally when we had some minor problems with our rooms.

This is a very clean, well located hotel. It is located 5min walk from walking street. Alot of services near by such as supermarkers, pharmacies, food stalls and restaurants. The neighbourhood is safe and relatively quiet for phuket. I liked the size of the room, even though its old, but its spacious and clean. The toilets are in good size and clean as well. The balcony is huge and the view from there is breathtaking. Room service is done everyday. (1114) The staff here are very helpful and attentive. They even helped us getting taxi to the airport. The pool is really nice and chilled Overall, the hotel required some maintanance. Other than that all was smooth.

The location is very good and the breakfast is goos as well. The view in upper rooms are nice.

The hotel location is quiet but is very close to Patong Bangla walking street and a short walk to the Junceylon and Central shopping malls. We stayed in the hotel's Paradise wing which is the tall tower. The other wing (Royal wing) is the short building surrounding the layered pool. The view is great from the Paradise wing and wonderful to have a tiny balcony. It was nice that the hotel provided slippers and umbrella for use. Each bed had two pillows to choose from.

Location was good. Walking distance to Patong Beach and Bangla Road. There are tonnes of shops as soon as you step out of the hotel, very easy and accessible to get anything. Even though its close to bangla road, its away from the noise.

Incredible in every way possible. The staff were the best part, everyone was so helpful, Pon and Mary were so wonderful and there was another lovely man that even showed me where the leisure room was after I checked out while I waited for my night flight💕

The staff were great. Very friendly and efficient. The water pressure in the shower was excellent, and the pillows were really good. Excellent views from our balcony. Checking in and out was fast and easy. Great pool.
